We are looking for Process/Design Engineers at our headquarters in The Woodlands, TX.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be working on world-class projects to produce green steel and green chemicals. The work will be depending on your experience but include:
- Participate in Feasibility (Capital Expenditures and Operational Expenses), concept, and FEED studies
- Planning, designing, constructing, and integrating our technology across a wide range of green products including hydrogen, steel (various grades), e fuels and other sustainable chemicals.
- Process diagrams, calculations, P&IDs, carbon intensity and system designs
- Perform flowsheet calculations (mass & energy balance) for our various projects
- Participate in project technology discussions with technology partners and EPC.
- Participate in hazard reviews and other safety evaluations (SIL, Fault Tree Analysis, etc.)
- Shaping a sustainable future and business to truly make a difference.

Furthermore, you should have:
- B.Sc or M.Sc. in Engineering (Energy/Process/Chemical/Metallurgic) preferably combined with experience in electrolyzers, hydrogen, ammonia, methanol, or other e-fuels technologies or the steel industry as a process engineer.
- Use of tools such as Bluebeam, Smart Plant PID, Smart Plant 3D Review, and Adobe is a strong plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and a team player
- Results-oriented with strong critical and creative thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
